AssignmentListings.ca is a paid real estate listing platform focused on assignment sales of condos and select homes across Canada. Our service is intended for use by individual sellers and licensed real estate agents.
2. Eligibility
To list a property, you must:

Be the original purchaser or have legal rights to assign the unit

Be a licensed real estate agent if using our Agent Package

Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract
We reserve the right to verify agent identity and listing authenticity.
3. Listing Packages and Fees
All listing plans are paid and non-refundable.
Current pricing:

Standard Listing: $129 for 1 property (6 months)

Premium Listing: $199 (Featured + 6 months)

Agent Pro Package: $169 for up to 3 properties (6 months)
Featured listings receive prominent placement on the homepage and in search results.
4. Listing Approval and Content Guidelines
All listings are subject to manual or automated review before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that:

Contains false, misleading, or incomplete information

Violates local laws, MLS rules, or builder assignment policies

Promotes properties that are not assignment sales
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
5. No Guarantee of Sale
AssignmentListings.ca is a listing and exposure platform only. We do not represent you, act as your agent, or guarantee a sale. Buyers are advised to conduct their own due diligence.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Post unauthorized or fraudulent listings

Attempt to bypass payment for listing features

Use our site for spam, solicitation, or illegal purposes
Violations may result in account suspension without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on AssignmentListings.ca, including logos, branding, and layout, is owned by us or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any financial loss, missed opportunity, or damages resulting from the use of this site or its services. Use of AssignmentListings.ca is at your own risk.
